Scrapbooking while sick

I was on a scrapping roll during spring break. I had also graded a ton, and then I started getting tired. Finally, the last day of spring break, I came down with a sore throat and promptly lost my voice, which I'm still recovering two weeks later. I'm starting to feel better, but I can't remember the last time I've felt this tired. However, I am slowly starting to mend.

In this past week I managed to finish a few pages I'd started during Spring Break. I wanted to share them here.

This first one shares some scrap-retreat photos I've had for a while but have never scrapped. I was inspired to put them together on a page, so I did. I used January Studio Calico kit, which I've almost used up.

Here's another page with this kit:

I actually finished this about a week ago but tortured myself about whether I should add journaling or not. I finally decided not to, since I didn't have much to add that the temperature photos didn't add. The one addition I will write somewhere: we had 6 cold/snow days this year. Something that will never happen again. I hope.

Speaking of which, can I add how much fun I had selecting Project Life cards to reflect the sentiment? My favorite is the one on the right. I added six photos to this page; see if you can spot them all!

Thank you for checking out my pages! I am slowly on the mend, and I will share my Simple Scrapper pages later this week. Promise!

Is the 6thunder the "his day will never happen again"?

I'm glad I'm not the only one with a phone full of screen shots of the polar vortex temps.
