In honor of this even, I've got a giveaway! Here's my favorite product, which I mention in the interview:
Bazzill's flourish template. I use it All. the. time. Doubt me? Here's a few of my first LOs for The Color Room:
Sometimes I use the whole thing, but other times I just use a bit to add to some embellishment clusters. Note how great it looks on a variety of LO types--not just for girls! All you need is a foam pad (which you can get at Michaels or any craft store) and a paper piercer. A few basic colors of floss (white, black, brown, and green especially) will keep you going for a while--and for only a few bucks! What a great embellishment.

Love your layouts. I have never even heard of the Bazzill Flourish Template but it looks absolutely wonderful.
My favorite thing for quite a while now are border punches -- love, love, love using them. But I also love using bling on by layouts too!!
You rocked it in this months issue, girl! Awesome! My favorite thing is the creative process itself - playing and creating and getting away from the B&W job that I have. It keeps me balanced.
Ooops!!!..My new favorite technique is Tim Holtz's masks. I bought one on clearance and I was hooked. Love the LO's and congrats
hmmm...my favorite thing? I love to ink edges. I love stitching now that I have some templates and guides. It's really hard for me to decide. I tend to go through streaks of using differetn things.
Great layouts! My new favorite thing is Glimmer Mist.
I suppose my favorite technique is making flowers to go on my LOs. I also love to sew on mine, but usually use the machine. I have freehanded a free things and done them by hand with embroidery floss of which I have a vast supply from my days of cross stitching! I'm wanting to learn to use the Glimmer Mists, but haven't invested in any yet.
Thanks for the giveaway! My "thing" right now is probably using sketches. I took Cathy's class at Big Picture Scrapbooking and that's really when I started using sketches to plan pages and tweaking them to fit my needs. They are a great way to get over scrapper's block!

Good job capturing that cover! My favorite trend is stitching - I stitch everything that isn't nailed down (and then some).

Oh, I love these stich templetes. I found them for the first time at Archivers not too long ago and fell in love!
But as for my favorite thing it's either my distress inks or my glimmer mist. These aren't really new, but new to me! :)

I love your use of flourishes. Just found your blog. I do very basic scrapbooking without a lot of fancy stuff, as you know. I really have a hard time narrowing down pictures and like to put a lot of pictures on a page. I like to see several small pictures of different facets of one event in addition to a larger one.

I think right now my favorite thing about scrapping is my Cricut. I just got it a few months ago and I use it for EVERYTHING...titles, borders, cute little embellies, etc.

Very cool! Those templates look great! I love anything with flourishes. My favorite scrapping thing is Basic Grey. I love the distressed look of their papers and the colors and patterns.

My favorite product.... hmm... That's a tough one. If you'd asked me a year ago, it would be Prima's swirls. Right now I'm not sure, so I'll have to go with brand instead, and choose Studio Calico. I love every paper from them in every kit, and I LOVE their collections!

Loved your spotlight over at Ella! Congrats! Love your style too! Right now my fav thing to use on my LOs are border punches. But after seeing what you do with that flourish template I might have to pick one up for myself!!
